Passacaglia Consulting provides bespoke training in soft skills, as well as in negotiating, chairing, managing stakeholders, public speaking, answering questions under fire, strategic comms, handling the media, and good policy-making – essential ingredients of leadership.   

We specialise in helping our clients work effectively in, or with, the EU and other international organisations. That also includes leveraging EU funding for projects.

While respecting theory and tradition, we believe that most people learn by doing.   So that’s our approach.   We look to build confidence in our clients, developing their judgement and political antennae, guiding them through complexity, exploring techniques for evidence-based analysis, and sharpening their media awareness.  

Our training takes the form of personal mentoring, or of coaching in small groups, simulation exercises based on topical issues, and personalised feedback.  Our training is delivered face-to-face where possible.  We are currently also offering a range of online courses.
